The standard processing time for orders is 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CEST may be processed the next business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After leaving our distribution center in Madrid, your order may take between 2 and 10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its status.

How can I track my order shipment?

In the event of failed delivery attempts, it is the recipient's responsibility to coordinate with the local courier once the shipment has left our facilities.

For international shipments, the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred due to refused deliveries. Packages held in customs for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

RETURNS

How can I initiate a return?
