TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and payment conditions applicable to all commercial transactions carried out between CODESH MADRID, S.L. (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”) and the purchaser (hereinafter, the “CLIENT”) of products offered on its website.

Purchases may only be made by individuals of legal age with a delivery address located within the European Union or the United Kingdom.
Due to the nature and purpose of this website, individuals wishing to access its services must hold “Client” status, which is acquired by completing the registration form and following the instructions provided by THE COMPANY via the website. Becoming a Client implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Purchase in the version published at the time of accessing the website.

The product descriptions, images, videos, and any trademarks, commercial names, or distinctive signs displayed on THE COMPANY’s website are provided by the suppliers or manufacturers of each product.
All prices listed for products include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in Euros (€). Shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, or any additional services will be charged as indicated during the checkout process.
The applicable prices are those published on the website at the time of purchase and are automatically applied during checkout.
Prices shown on the website apply exclusively to the online store and may differ from those in physical retail locations.
THE COMPANY updates product availability based on stock levels and supplier information. Under no circumstances will products be offered for sale if not in stock or not reserved by the supplier.
In the event a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the CLIENT will be notified via email of the total or partial cancellation of their order. Partial cancellation does not entitle the CLIENT to cancel the entire order. If the CLIENT wishes to return any delivered items, they must follow the Return Policy outlined below.
The CLIENT must pay for their order via bank transfer or other payment method agreed upon with THE COMPANY.
The CLIENT may request a digital invoice at no additional cost by contacting THE COMPANY via the email address provided or the contact form on the website.
Once an order has been completed, THE COMPANY will send an order confirmation email to the CLIENT with details of the purchase.

The CLIENT has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. The item must be returned in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and unaltered — with original packaging and tags.
I. PRODUCT DELIVERY
THE COMPANY will deliver products in perfect condition to the address provided by the CLIENT during the ordering process. The delivery address must be within the territory covered. To optimize delivery, we recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available during normal business hours.
THE COMPANY is not responsible for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information.
A single order may be split into multiple deliveries.
II. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Orders are shipped via courier service. Standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CEST may be processed the next business day.
Processing and delivery times may be extended during collection launches, holidays, or peak periods. Once the order leaves our distribution center in Madrid, delivery may take 4 to 7 business days, depending on the location and shipping method selected.
Please note that the availability of an item on the website does not guarantee immediate stock at our warehouse. Some products may be sourced from suppliers, potentially affecting delivery times.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on delivery region (e.g., islands, Ceuta, Melilla), the product, or courier logistics.
Delays caused by local, national, or international holidays (in the country of origin or destination) may occur. We recommend checking the tracking number for the most up-to-date shipping status. CLIENTS are responsible for monitoring shipment delivery after dispatch, including tracking and coordinating with the shipping provider.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on destination and shipping method and will be clearly displayed during checkout before finalizing the purchase. Prices include applicable VAT. These costs may vary based on location and package weight.
Shipping rates are subject to change depending on courier costs. The CLIENT will see the exact shipping cost for their order at checkout.
III. DELIVERY ISSUES AND LOST PACKAGES
If the CLIENT is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will leave instructions for rescheduling. THE COMPANY includes delivery tracking and support services to ensure successful delivery.
If delivery is not scheduled within 7 business days of dispatch, the CLIENT must contact THE COMPANY. If not, and 10 business days pass, the order will be returned to our warehouse. The CLIENT will be responsible for return and reshipping costs, as well as any related administrative fees.
If the delivery fails due to package loss, an investigation will be initiated by the courier, which may take between one and three weeks.
Packages undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information will be returned to THE COMPANY and reshipment fees will apply. For failed delivery attempts, the CLIENT must coordinate with the local carrier once the shipment has left our facility.
Refused international shipments will be returned at the CLIENT’s expense. Packages held in customs for over 30 days are considered abandoned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
IV. DELIVERY INSPECTION
Upon delivery, the CLIENT must inspect the package in the presence of the courier and note any visible damage on the delivery slip. If, upon opening the package, any damage, tampering, or defect is observed, the CLIENT must report it to THE COMPANY via email or the website contact form within 24 hours. Claims made after this timeframe will not be accepted.
The CLIENT must include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographic evidence. We will work promptly to facilitate a resolution.
I. RETURN PROCEDURE
Products may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery for domestic customers, and 18 calendar days for international customers, provided the following conditions are met:
The product must be returned in its original condition, with original packaging and labels.
The return must be shipped using the original box or equivalent protective packaging.
A copy of the delivery note must be included, indicating the returned items and reason for return.

Notify THE COMPANY of your intent to return the product within 14 (or 18 for international customers) calendar days via email (customerservice@codeshofficial.com) or the website form.
THE COMPANY will provide the return shipping address.
The CLIENT must use the courier designated by THE COMPANY. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the CLIENT and will be deducted from the refund.
Notify THE COMPANY of the return date and time.
II. REFUNDS
Refunds will match the value of returned products, minus any shipping or handling fees.
Partial returns or cancellations will result in partial refunds.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method within 7 days of the returned item being received at our warehouse. Posting times depend on the CLIENT’s bank: up to 7 days for debit cards and up to 30 days for credit cards.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Madrid, Spain.
