SHIPPING
Standard processing time for orders is 2–4 business days. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CEST may be processed on the following business day.

After leaving our distribution center in Madrid, your order may take 4–7 business days to reach you, based on your location and selected shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can monitor its status.

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information, it will be returned to us, and reshipment fees will apply.

RETURNS

All returned products must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered — and include original packaging and tags.
